1950 First Al Baba branch opens at Bawabat El Fawaa, downtown Sidon.

1984 Second branch opens in Jezzine Road, Sidon.
1995 Al Baba relocates its second branch, which consists of a one floor showroom and a one floor production facility. The reopening of this branch featured a totally new concept, where Al Baba became a pioneer in introducing new concepts to the region of Sidon.
1998 First branch in Beirut with a store area of 130m2 in the area of Koreytem, opens.

2000 Al Baba establishes its headquarters in Sidon, also becoming its Flagship store. The five-story building is divided into three production floors covering a 3000m2 area, two office floors, and a ground floor showroom covering an area of 450m2.
2002 A second branch in Beirut opens in Tayouneh, with a 400m2 wide showroom and a factory and warehouse covering a 450m2 space. At the same time, Al Baba had an eye for expanding abroad and opened its first branch in the state of Dubai, UAE. The branch showroom, with an area of 240m2 is fifteen minutes away from a 300m2 area factory that supplies the showroom with all the production lines, including Arabic sweets, French pastry, ice cream, dates and jewels.
2005 Al Baba opens in Abu Dhabi, its second UAE branch with a store area of 120m2.
2008 Al Baba opens in the Barsha region near Emirates Mall, its third branch in the UAE

2010 Al Baba continues its expansion in Lebanon, with a new branch opening in Jal EL Dib. The branch, which features a coffee shop, has a store area of 350m2. The branch is unique for its spaciousness and modernity.
2013 Al Baba opens a new concept with a new brand namely Dar Al Baba in the Downtown area of Dubai (The Boulevard), just close to Burj Khalife with an area of 128m2. It is a luxury outlet that offers authentic Lebanese sweets and cuisine in an Arabian modern twist.
2015 Opening of Choueifat Outlet.
2016 Opening of Chtaura outlet in Lebanon and ALWasl outlet in Dubai, whilst introducing the new layout concept of the brand.
